What information does Collision Management collect from you? In order to better provide you with services, our Site collects two types of information about its visitors: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

Personally Identifiable Information

"Personally identifiable information" refers to information that specifically identifies you or is linked to your identifying information. We collect Personally Identifiable Information on the site only when you choose to provide it to us, such as when you submit an employment application or send us a comment by Email. We only use your personally identifiable information to respond to your communication or provide the product or service you requested. We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to others.

If you are a Collision Management subscriber: We also collect Personally Identifiable Information on this site in order to fulfill the services we have agreed with you to provide. For example, Personally Identifiable Information is requested when you register for a member account, login to use your member account, or make use of My Profile (a service allowing you to change your personal member account settings).

Your subscriber account information might include your name, contact information, member account number with Collision Management, social security number, credit card number or other payment or account information, vehicle identification, dealer preference, and other identification and contact information.

Sharing of personally identifiable information with third parties: We will only share your personally identifiable information with third parties as authorized by you on this Site, under the terms of a subscriber agreement, or under special circumstances described in our Web site Terms & Conditions. We may use third party service providers to verify financial information, such as the validity of a credit card. Those third party providers will have access to your Personally Identifiable Information, but only for the purpose of providing their relevant services to you.

How can you update, correct, or delete your Personally Identifiable Information?
You may change any of your personal information in your account online at any time via My Profile. We encourage you to promptly update your information if it changes. You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed.

As a security measure we "back up" the data stored on our systems. Data archived for back-up purposes at a given point in time may include information that you corrected or deleted after the back-up was made. We do not rely on archived data in the normal course of business. If we do have to utilize backups, we follow procedures to restore only the most up-to-date information.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

"Non-Personally Identifiable Information" refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual or is not linked to your personally identifiable information. We gather certain information about you based upon what pages of our Site you visit in several ways. This information may include the address of the Web site that you just came from (the Uniform Resource Locator or "URL"), which URL you next go to, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol ("IP") address.

We monitor site traffic for administrative purposes-for example, to ensure smooth site traffic flow or to assess what pages on our sites are visited the most and by visitors from which countries or Internet Service Provider (ISP) domains. We also track and store visitors' traffic patterns throughout their online sessions, including which pages a visitor views while using our Site. This allows us to measure relative visitor interest in the various areas of our Site for product and services development purposes. Any information we collect is used for our own internal purposes to improve the content of our Site, to enhance users' experiences when visiting our Site, to customize the content and/or layout of our pages, and to provide the services required by an individual visitor. To do this, our Web servers aggregate the anonymous information that your browser automatically transmits anytime you are on the Web. We do not use this information to attempt to identify you.

Cookies and web beacons: We currently use cookies in the operation of our Site; to find out what cookies are,

We may enlist the services of a third-party Web-statistics service provider, but only under the condition that the service-provider's use of this anonymous data is limited to providing the services we request. In order to collect anonymous statistics about our Web traffic, we may use "web beacons" (also known as "pixel tags" or "clear GIFs").

Third parties and your non-personally identifiable information: We may provide aggregated Non-Personally Identifiable Information about our visitors' traffic patterns, and related site information to third parties.

We may use a third party ad server to serve ads on our Site. We do not provide ad servers with any of your Personally Identifiable Information. The ad serving company may place its own "cookie" on your computer and collect non-personally identifiable information that is automatically transmitted by your browser, such as your IP address. For more information about the information ad servers collect, please see the section "Use of Cookies" below. If you would like to know more about the information gathering practices of our third party ad server and its "opt-out" procedures, please click here:
privacyt@collisionmanagement.com.

What security precautions are in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of your information? We employ industry-recognized information technology to protect the security of our visitors' and subscribers' Personally Identifiable Information. We also encourage our partners and service providers to adopt and follow stringent consumer privacy policies.

Use of "cookies"
Our Site utilizes a standard technology called a "cookie" to collect information about how our Site is used. A cookie is a small data text file, which a Web site stores on your computer's hard drive (if your Web browser permits). Cookies were designed to help a Web site recognize a user's browser as a previous visitor and thus save and remember any preferences that may have been set while the user was browsing the site. A cookie cannot retrieve any other data from your hard drive, pass on a computer virus, or capture your e-mail address. We do not use cookies to store any personally identifiable information.

Disclosures for legal reasons: We may disclose individual information to comply with legal process, such as a subpoena or court order, or to protect or enforce our legal rights.

Changes in ownership:
Reynolds may decide to sell, buy, merge, or reorganize businesses to further strategic or business interests. Where a transaction of this kind involves disclosing personal information to prospective or actual purchasers, our practice is to seek appropriate protections consistent with our privacy policy.
