Rex Owens and Sharon McGuire spend their working days operating Miller’s, a Towing, Storage Lot and Auto Body Shop business. Rex was an early adopter of VTS and Miller’s has been using it for 6 years. He say’s “VTS is a solid product, simple and easy to use, it automatically populates ownership records retrieved from DMV, moves the information between dispatch, towing and storage applications and provides a release document complete with towing, storage lot and notification charges.”
